Thank you for shopping at FROM Fandom. All our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, which means each item is custom-produced specifically for you when you place your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every item we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@fromtvseries.shop with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately.
Non-Refundable Situations
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations are no longer possible.
